It would help if there were some wide spread general knowledge about drives&folders, executables & data files, links & copies, file formats & file name extensions, data & formatting of data.

Too many people have zero competence working with any software tool. Then they install a very mighty document generator like this one and get the impression that their entire computer system has changed albeit OOo&LibO hardly touch the registry of a Microsoft system.
