| i need to update of calc object in impress during live presentation. The modification in calc document need to be update each time the slide is shown. |

Hi,
Select the area / cells you like to show in calc and Insert a name.
In Impress Insert Object --> OLE Object
In the popup window select Create from File
Select the Calc file and tick the Link to File box.
Now every time you open the presentation it ask you if you want to Update all links.

What he didn't mentioned, that he wants to automatically update the running presentation with altered data from the Calc file.
I know, because he also forgot to mention his cross-postings from the German OOo- and LO-forums.

Wrong. I just ask here. I found solution but only for the PP. Any idea how to solve my problem. I get automatically created xml file, and I need to put the information from this file to the running presentation. |
