I download my telephone usage detailing the phone numbers and costs. I have an array of numbers that are refundable by the voluntary organisation I work for. I want to be able to use the IF function to see if a number is in the array and then load to cost of that call in to the chargeable cell.
Using Calc in OO 3.3.0 on Vista 32 bit
Can anybody help please. |

Try the SUMIF function.

I tried that Ken but I get #Value in all cells following the range of cells containing the number list.
Would it help if I sent you the file so that you could see what I'm after? |
