[solved?] how to find templates

Hi!
I just downloaded some templates extensions (http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/project/oxygenoffice-english-templates) but I can't found them. Do you know how?

(There are several questions in the extension page, but none of them answered)

you have downloaded a file with an extension of.oxt (or possibly .zip)
where that file is will depend on either where you told your browser to save it or where your browser defaults to saving downloaded files. Once you have found the file, have a look here

for instructions on how to install the extension

I did install the extension, but somehow I couldn't find the templates within OOo.

Now I think all they are there (I am not sure, as I installed 2 extensions)

I'd be happy just to be able to load the pages. Every time I try for templates or extensions, I get "blocked by server" message. I thought it might be an issue with my browser, opera, but IE gave me the same thing. I need aqn outline template.
