So I'm making a spreadsheet for a client and I want to make it a bit more personalized, I already know about merging cells and such but I just want to add some colour to it, specifically changing the the entire sheets background colour not just individual cells. I guess I could just select a large area and change the colour but it just irks me knowing its not ALL blue or whatever. If you know of any other such design tips or if you could point me to where there is a tutorial or something I will be most grateful.

Hi,
You can apply a Page Style to your Page.
Select Format --> Styles and Formatting then select the second icon at the top of the menu and modify an existing Page or better Create a new style at the Background tab you can choose between a color or a graphic e.c. Customer Logo etc.
