As you may have noticed, this forum is heavily spammed. Because of that, and for other reasons, the official community forums for OOo and derived products are now at http://user.services.openoffice.org/, with the English forum at http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/, all kindly hosted by Apache.
You can still ask questions here, but most volunteers have moved to the new forum, so your chances to get a (non-spam) reply are greater over there.
