When I try to open OO I get an error message that indicates that I do not have sufficient access rights to C:\Users\John\AppData\Roaming\OpenOffice.Org\3. How do I get access rights to this file?

Hi,
You have to set access rights in Windows Control Panel.

You should go there with administrator privileges.
