The problem is that,
i am adding a table of content in the first page
then again if i am trying to add a text in the first page the table of content is disturbing. |

I'm not sure that I understand what you mean. If you insert text before a table of contents, you may have to update the TOC afterwards, and you will really have to do that if you inserted an entire page. What do you mean with "the table of content is disturbing"?
