When I click on link in OOo 3 for templates: http://templates.services.openoffice.org/?cid=923508 it comes back that it cannot be found.

I have also tried from the website and manually typing:: http://templates.services.openoffice.org/

I have tried from Firefox, Chrome, IE8, and IE9
