Add border to inserted images.

I'm creating an Openoffice Writer document. When I Insert > Graphics > From file, or when I paste an image, is it possible to have Writer put a border around the image rather than me having to 'draw' a border around it?

Do a right click into the image, and select "Graphics"; under "Borders" tab, you can find what you want.
