OO version 3.3.0
Ruler - checked and unchecked and checked
only horizontal ruler visible.
How do I get vertical ruler ?
Side note - I can see it it presentation -
so 2nd question and 3rd -
2 -vertical ruler - is it not available in Writer?
3- how to precisely align frames in writer - in vertical direction? other than eye-balling? (is adjuster line snapping to adjacent frame?) |

Please note I did that - but it does not work in WRITER....
is this a bug or do I need to unisntall and reinstall?

Under the Ruler check box there are two check boxes one for Horizontal and one for Vertical ruler.
