| The tool bar and freefileviewer installed BUT Open Office never appears and during install I got: The NTVDM CPU has encountered and illegal action. This was followed by "illegal instruction" Is this why it won't install and how do I overcome it? |

You have probably been had - the NTVDM CPU error message relates to 16 bits software, and OOo isn't 16 bits. Better check for spyware/viruses. _________________ LibreOffice 3.6.3; OOo 3.4.1 on Windows Vista
