Impress or Draw export to 800x600 when 1024x768 selected.
Using latest OOo 3.3. Anyone have this? Anyone knows how to fix this?
Select 640x480 output 640x480.
Select 800x600 output 800x600.
Select 1024x768 output 800x600.
Thanks in advance |

Please explain in more detail what you mean. We're volunteers, not detectives. Also tell what operating system you are on, and do you have OpenOffice.org or LibreOffice, did you download it from the official download site or somewhere else? _________________ LibreOffice 3.6.3; OOo 3.4.1 on Windows Vista

Acer Aspire 4752G
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1
OOo 3.3.0 m20 Build 9567
from http://openoffice.mirrorbrain.org/files/stable/3.3.0/OOo_3.3.0_Win_x86_install-wJRE_en-US.exe, on Mar 24 2012.
OOo comes with JRE 6.0.220.4 (but Windows have existing JRE 7.0.20) both installed.
Export, HTML, Standard HTML, No Title Page, JPG(75/90/100%), High Res, No Export Sound, Text only, Apply color scheme from document, Create.
No error prompts during creation of html. Just that the output is 800x600.
Thanks for you effort. |

Yes. I am as clueless as you guys. Used to work the last 2 years.
Strange enough, perhaps not related, this new notebook can play Tribes, ME3 but can't play Global Agenda, while older Aspire 4738 can. |

You should in any case use the 32 bits Java version 6.x that came with the install file. I can't test it - I'm on Vista. You can post your problem in the new forum (see my signature for the link) if nobody drops in with a solution. If you do, please post a link to it here and a link to this one there. _________________ LibreOffice 3.6.3; OOo 3.4.1 on Windows Vista

| Uninstalled JRE7, uninstalled OOo, Reboot, Reinstalled OOo 3.3, still same result. (*Sigh*) |

| EXACT same problem. All html exports (regardless of file type) are 800x600. Latest version of Open Office. Win7, awesome beautiful beast of a computer. Is there an earlier version that doesn't have this bug? |

I just downloaded the update to 3.4.1 and it still does it to me too. I use this for exporting HTML so I can get to the .JPGs of an Impress file. I'd like to have the highest resolution possible, BUT the 1024x768 option always outputs 800x600. If anyone finds a workaround for this, please let me know. I produce 720p video from these 800x600 files and I'd like for it to be a higher resolution.
It's either that or if someone could help me export more than one slide to JPGs, that'd be helpful also.
Thanks in advance:) _________________ Jason R. Coleman |
