During the set up I set the program to open MS files. When trying to use this to open the files all I get is an error message that says
"General Error. General input/output error."
The file will not open.
any suggestions?

Which OOo version?
Where did you download from?
Which operating system?
Which file types you want to open: *.doc? *.docx?
