RTF TAble of Contents

Hello,

I'm not quite sure if it is right to ask this question here, but I really don;t know what to do.
I have to create a table of content, using rtf tags, so I used hyperlinks and bookmarks to create a TOC, but does exist any way how could I get page number? I mean I can get current page 'chpgn, but it has to be called from the particular place in a document. But when i need a TOC, I need a chapter name (which I have), but I can not realize how to get a page number.... For example I have chapter1,2,3 on 1.2,4 page number respectively, thus i want to have a toc like this:

TOC
chapter 1...1
chapter 2...2
chapter 3...4
