When it is flowting state, it can be closed. So Ctrl + double click on the watching window to make it floating.
But it will be shown after restarting the Basic IDE. |

Not for me (Windows XP) : the x is disabled when the window floats.

not for me, after restart - it's still closed
my decision- remove config and restart office? hardcore but works |
