|
|
Hello,
Sometimes, but not always, when I create a new heading by typing in the text and then CTRL-1 on the line, the heading font does not change from the default Times New Roman to Arial. The size is correct and in other respects, the behavior is correct. Just, not the font. I've looked at various possible issues, such as that the style requires a certain style before or after the line, but I cannot fix the problem.
It is annoying. I may structure 2/3 of a document normally, and then suddenly this font issue will appear. Once it starts behaving this way, there's no reversion to normal. I'm stuck with manually setting the font every time.
Can anyone tell me the cause of this issue, and/or a fix?
Thanks.

What OS and version of OOo/LibreOffice?
What happens if you apply the style from the Stylist?
Is there any chance that you have direct formatting applied in the heading? _________________ jrkrideau

IIRC OOo sometimes copies part of the style information for the preceding paragraph when applying a style. To get that right, select the entire paragraph, click Ctrl+M to return to default formatting (or Clear formatting, I'm not sure about that), then Ctrl+1 should work correctly. _________________ LibreOffice 3.6.3; OOo 3.4.1 on Windows Vista
