|
|
I have a cell with a dropdown list. I would like to have the list expand when tabbed to so that the arrow keys could be used to scroll down the list and the enter key could be used to select from the list rather than having to use the mouse to click the dropdown arrow and then clicking on the selection. I haven't yet found anything on the forum explaining how to do this.
Thanks |

OOo version (or LibreOffice)?
Combo box form control?
List box form control?
Cell validation drop down?
Cell auto-content drop down?
Tried Ctrl+D or Alt+DownArrow? _________________ Rest in peace, oooforum.org

Sorry.
OOo 3.1.0
Control is a defined range.
Validation is cell range (not sure this is what you're looking for)
Not sure here, either.
Ctrl+D works to expand the list, Alt+Downarrow doesn't
Even though Ctrl+D works, I'd like the list to auto expand when tabbed to, if possible.
Thanks. |

Like 90% of all questions in this spreadsheet forum this could be solved easily in a database (input form with tall list box in this case). _________________ Rest in peace, oooforum.org
