Advanced macro tutorials

Strange, I thought I posted this last night but apparently my post never went through or something.

So, anyone have any links to tutorials on advanced macros? There are some really good ones I found, but it's only very basic stuff.

I am a decent Access user, so am experienced with Basic, Queries, etc...

What I am trying to do is run a macro every time a text box is changed. I want to get the value of the text box, run a query based on it, then send the results of the query (would only contain one record) to another text field. Any tutorials or some direction on how I can find this stuff out is appreciated.
