How can I make scrolling with the up and down arrow keys actually scroll, and not jump in large chunks that I can only hope are not completely random, only it's impossible to tell because the jumping is so fast?
I tried Tools > Options > Writer > View > Smooth scroll, both On and Off. "Off" has less jumping but it's still not smooth. |

What is your OS and version of OOo/LO?
