| When I try to open Open Office Writer, I get a REQUEST FROM UNKNOWN PUBLISHER TO CHANGE PROGRAM. If I click on yes, or if I click on no, I lose open office. So I'm unable to use Open Office Writer. What's going on? What can I do? I am a habitual but unsophisticated user. |

1. When I click no, the previous window on my monitor reappears.
2. I'm using Windows 7. My OOo version is 3.3 |

No.Your instructions are too hard for me to understand.
I "uninstalled" 3.3 and downloaded 3.4. Window said it would begin to install in 0 seconds, but it didn't.
Thanks for trying to help me. Please keep trying. |

Mistake in my last message.
Re 3.4, I got this message:
OpenOffice.org Icon
Your OpenOffice.org download will start in 0 seconds
But nothing happened. |
