I had a power cut while I was in an office doc,, and now when I open it is is corrupted (shows lots of hash tags as the text.) is there any way I can retrieve what I was working on?

At the moment my only option is to retrieve the previous version that I saved yesterday (Ive done several hours work on it since then)

Many Thanks

Your file is lost, sadly. See 22 pages term paper replaced with pound signs.
