I 'seem' to remember a pop up window, coming up every so often accidentally, that indicated the ability to search in the document for duplication of material. Now I can't find it deliberately. Am I being deluded or is there software to do this and if so, how do I access it? _________________ Writer of wrongs, stumbler and bumbler through life, living beyond my means (no income, so dependent upon my partner's generosity and waiting for that big break, which at sixty, doesn't look like it's going to come anytime soon). |

At the bottom of the page, you should see a search bar. Enter the phrase that you want to find. Every time that you press Enter, you should get the next time that you typed in that phrase.
You can get a more sophisticated version by hitting Ctrl+h. This is your search and replace dialog box. This will let you replace one phrase with another (or apply a style to everything with that phrase, but that's more advanced). |

Thank you for your reply. The simple answers are best - trouble is I'm too complicated to notice them as my wife says. _________________ Writer of wrongs, stumbler and bumbler through life, living beyond my means (no income, so dependent upon my partner's generosity and waiting for that big break, which at sixty, doesn't look like it's going to come anytime soon). |
