(SOLVED!) Sorry Here we go again. When I change to page break preview all the cells in the worksheet are highlighted in grey and there are no page breaks (blue lines).
Has anyone else run into this?

Only when all cells on the sheet are empty.

Sorry, tell a lie, a sheet with data and no pages showing in Page Break View doesn't have a defined print range.
Select your data then go Format|Print Ranges|Define and the shading will disappear and the blue page breaks will appear.
