| I am typsetting a book and need to match by open office document with the rest of the book that is typeset in quark. I need to add a rule to every page above my footer without changing my footer or text box. i have the rest of the pages laid out to match the quark pages but can't seem to get the rule on each page without drawing it on all 80 pages. help |

What is a rule here?
