[SOLVED]count numbers present in BOTH row 1 and 2

Hi, i´d like to know how to write a formula that´ll Count how many numbers that is present in BOTH row 1 and 2... Look at this example...

ROW 1: 22,65,11,44
ROW 2: 32,22,44,56
=2


The formula would show the number 2 as there are two numbers present in BOTH row 1 and 2 (22 and 44)

If those numbers are in A1:D2 then try...

=SUMPRODUCT(ISNUMBER(MATCH(A1:D1;A2:D2;0)))
