Drop down calender and formatting question

I am sorry, I am having a hard time searching for these answers because I am having trouble summarizing these questions into a small searchable query.


I want to be able to use a drop down calender in ever row in column A if I chose. I was able to insert the calender, however formatting the out put is kicking my rear. I am unable to keep the forms lined up when other cells expand.

When I insert a new row it doesn't have the formatting established, what am I missing?
