|
|
Hi
I have a datapilot that displays a 'Mean' (Average) of employee results for a quarter in percentage of a product sold.
However, it is not giving me the expected results.
For example
Employee 'A', for the first 3 weeks of Quarter 3 scores 100% in week 1 on product 'A' but in weeks 2 and 3 scores 0%
I was expecting the datapilot to display 33% as the mean of these figures, but it shows 100%
Another example
Employee 'B' for the same product over 2 weeks scores 29% and 0% - datailot displays 29% as the mean (expected 14.5%)
How can I correct this please? |

Update...
Here is what OO is giving in the datapilot for all employees
Key: - = No figure for week ,(n) = expected figure
Name, Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Average (from OO in datapilot), (Expected average)
Employee 1, 100, 0, 0 , 100 (33)
Employee 2, 80, 67, 100, 82 (82)
Employee 3, 70, -, 50, 63 (40)
Employee 4, 83, 40, 50, 58 (58 )
Employee 5, 50, 50, 0, 50 (33)
Employee 6, 33, 0, 67, 50 (33)
Employee 7. 60, 33, -, 47 (47)
Employee 8, 33, -, -, 33 (33)
Employee 9, 29, 0, -, 29 (14.5)
Something else that is odd whilst experimenting. If I change Employee 1 to 100, 30, 30 the result in datapilot stays at 100 and doesn't change to 53 as expected.
What is going on! |
