Central Management & Terminal Servers

Hi All,
I'm new to the fourm here.
I'm going to be deploying OO on a few terminal servers all 2008R2 and on some pc's in a windows Active Directory environment.
I need to get some info on the config setup since Group Policy is out I'm looking for documentation on the config files so I can create a central repo of configs which can be copied down by logon script.
Or can OO be instructed to read config files from a network location? If so i'll still need info on the files in question and how to modify them
I've been searching but turned up very little
I'm sure this has probably been asked sorry if it has I just havn't seen anything that answered what I was thinking
