[SOLVED] Counting values depending on value in another cell

I was wondering if there is a way to do this?

Column A lists a row of cities, many of which appear numerous times
Column B lists a row of numbers from 0-10

I can work out how to count the number of 0,1,2,etc in Column B using the whole data, but how do I count the 0,1,2,etc in column B dependant on the city in column A?

For example, how can I work out how many 4s in column B are for Aberdeen in column A?
