I´ve got a problem which I can´t solve with a simple query.

The idea is to group, count and limit with a date the results of the query, as follows...

In the following image you can see that I can group and count the contents of the table...

But when I add a filter of the date to the query it gives the following error...

To translate the first sentence of the error window: "Contents of the data could not be loaded".

Many thanks for your inputs

I´m running a 3.2. version of openoffice (HSQL) in a windows XP.[/img]

For each column you want visible in your query output ( your graphic has 3 ), it must also have a Function ( Función ).

You did NOT include your field "TABLA_RECOGIDA"."FECHA_RETIRADA_DOC" ( or whichever fecha field you need ) with a Función of Agrupar .

Remember, you said:

Therefore:
  1. If you want to show the "FECHA_RETIRADA_DOC" in the output, add Agrupar on the Función line

  2. If you do NOT want to include "FECHA_RETIRADA_DOC" in the output, on the Visible line, uncheck it
I hope this helps, please be sure to let me / us know.

Thanks to add [Solved] in your first post Title ( edit button ) if your issue has been fixed / resolved.

Unchecking visible did the trick.
