| 'scuse me if I'm being a bit dozy but I cannot add the print preview button to the toolbar (It's annoying to have to access through the file dropdown menu). I right click on a toolbar and select customise but cannot see it in any of the menus. |

Hi Jedy,
it's called Page Preview. In the "Customize Toolbars" window:
Left pane Available buttons
View > Page Preview
It's an icon of a page and microscope on my setup.
