I've been having some problems in creating a table with multiple header rows that repeat accross pages.

The problem is that only one (the first) header row is repeated however there is more information on the second header row that is also important.

Can someone explain to me how to get this set correctly?

I don't think that you can. You'll have to merge the top two rows into one.

hi!I have the same problem I tried to use the same technique and it works fine, but the problem is I can't merge the cells. It is prompting that the selected cells are too complex to merge... Sad.
