any other way to find a particular thread at a later time. I can't seem to find anything like a bookmark so I suspect there isn't any.
The ability to receive a notice of a change in a thread is great but not quite what is needed to find a particular thread again.,
Search works sometimes. Well search works all the time, but just doesn't always find the exact thread needed.
At the rate I am copying and pasting good threads into a document I will be able to publish my own tip book. Would rather let you people store them for me and be able to find them quickly.
So did I miss something somewhere or is this not possible?
Thanks |

I have bookmarked threads with my browser. That seems to work. I don't think they move around on the board. Just start you a new folder in your browser's bookmark area and dump them in there.
I have only bookmarked threads to come back to them later that day. I have not tried to open one that is really old. So I am not sure if they get moved with time.

Using Internet Explorer 6, I use Add to Favorites (equivalent to Netscape Navigator's Bookmark) and get no problem. _________________ # : - ) |

There is a mod available for this type of Forum that adds a feature for users to see their 'active' threads (those they're watching). However, this board isn't regularly updated to the latest version and would require a lot of time/work so I don't blame anyone for not doing this - if it ain't broke don't fix it
The bookmarking method the others have mentioned works for me too
