Do you mean a Database field used in a Mail Merge?
I have not used them specifically, but I document them in my book as having a text field master, so you should be able to enumarete them using text field masters.
I have to run (I am out of time), but if you search for examples using "getTextFieldMasters()", or take a quick look at my book for examples, you should find some.

Hopefully this will get you started anyway. My free document may even have some examples for this.
