|
|
Hello.
I would like to know if there is any way to autoresize the font of the all bullets in a slide.
I mean: think you have 3 bullets of first level, 2 of second level, and 1 of third level:
* level 1
_____ - level 2
_____- level 2
__________. level 3
* level 1
* level 1
level 1 font size is 26, level 2 font size is 24, and level 3 font size is 20
It's possible (may be some button, or option menu that I can't find) to increase or decrease the font size one step?
I think that PowerPoint have this feature, but I can't find in oo.
Now I have to change the size one by one
Thanks a lot. |

If you turn on the stylist and right click on Outline 1 - Modify you can change all "level 1" font sizes. Do the same for Outline 2 and Outline 3.

May be you haven't understood to me (I'm sorry for my English).
I only want to change the size of outline1, outline2, ... in one slide. But your suggestion changes the style, so it changes all the presentation, isn't it?
I want to change the size only in one slide, for example, because I don't have enough room in this slide to place all the text I want. So I want to downsize the font a little.
Thanks. |

Hello,
I recognize your problem, but I think only people who've used Powerpoint does... I've seen this question several times on different forums. I have the impression it's not being dealt with, which is a pitty. It's a function I use all the time in Powerpoint. I tried to switch to Impress a couple of months ago, and this was THE thing that made me stick with PPT... Otherwise Impress does most things I want.
I wonder if it would be difficult to make a macro for it?
- Loop over every character in a selection, and reduce/increase its size by 20%...

Hi.
I don't have any idea about open office macros but could be great if someone do it. I think this feature is very usefull.
Thanks. |

| I'd really *really* like this feature, too, for what it's worth. I'm very surprised no one has written a macro for this already. |
