| Voting has been closed for nearely a week now (and counting), but still there has been no winner announced. Since the vote was conducted entirely electronically, and so finding out the winner should be a simple question of issuing a single command to a computer, taking only a few minutes at most, why are we still waiting for any word on what the winner is? |
