Headings and indents/spacing

I've opened files created previously with MS Word, where I had applied these parameters to "Heading 1" (and all the other heading) :
- indent before text : 1 cm
- first line : -1 cm

This way I had 1 cm to place the title numbering (that must remain manual) and the rest of the paragraph was aligned at 1 cm from left margin.

In OOo, this result in all the text beginning at 1 cm , even with -1 cm value for the first line, but this only happens with headings !!!

Where is the parameter to change this ?

In Writer speak, this will be:
From left: 1cm
First line: 0 cm

Writer measures from the left margin, Word from the beginning of the text.
