|
|
Hello,
When working in openoffice applications with different language the shortcut keys does not work...
Example... pressing <Ctrl>A to select all is interpreted as <Ctrl> and different letter...
In order to use shortcut keys I must change to english, perform the shortcut and return to my language:
<Ctrl><Alt>K, <Ctrl>A, <Ctrl><Alt>K
I cannot call it shortcut...
Just to let you know about the importance of this... Event cut/copy/paste cannot be used when I am in a different language.
Expectation:
When using <Ctrl>, <Alt> shortcuts the application shoud interpret the remaining keys as ANSI English.
Best Regards,
Alon Bar-Lev. |

A really annoying issue. The same can be seen in Firefox under Linux, etc.
Ctrl+Shift, Ctrl+B, Ctrl+Shift - that's how it feels when typing smth in cyrillic, for instance. And the sole purpose of that combination was switching between bold and not bold.
Bad. _________________ Andy
