Unable to print multiple copies of a document at once

Hi,

a client of the company I work for has a printing problem with OO.o. When she prints a document more than one time, it only gets printed once. This problem occured with writer (but I didn't test it with other software yet, since OO.o uses the same printing).

For printing the network uses SamBa and the printserver is a Linux machine. She uses Windows XP and OpenOffice.org 1.1.4.

I made a mistake; the printing goes via Novell. No I think of this, I remembered this same situation on a school; only there they could print multiple documents via Novell, working with MS Office. Is this a Novell thing?
