|
|
I opend a document that was created in 1.4 (I think) and now I when I open it in 1.9.1 and try to show the hidden rows it will not. There is data in it and very important stuff too! I tried to hid the two rows top and tail, then show them and this did not work. There is no filters on this document so roving filters is not an option.
Only thing I can think of is exporting as csv then reiporting, but that is a last resort (while I still have that option I still have hope >:¬}) cause there was over a weeks work in that document full financials etc blah blah not a happy person right now.
Thanks in advance |

You didn't say specifically what you did, so try this?
Click the little rectangle to the left of A and above 1 to select the entire sheet. Move the mouse into the column headers, retaining the selection, and Right Mouse ...choose "Show".

Is the document protected with a password? That kills the option.

Ok I am stupid, just remembered I froze Row's 1-6 (its got the various headers) and the hid rows 7-33 (the workings) to get by nice tidy results page. Now my:idea: eureka moment happened and unfrooze the row and then tried show and bingo!
I feel stupid right now.
Thanks folks for the advices and time taken.
Regards
Alex |
