|
|
Hello,
Is there anyway to place the footer (or header) outside the page margins?
Basicly i want all body text, tables, images etc. to have a right margin of 3.8 cm, but the footer should only be 1 cm from the right end of paper.
Thanks,
Dennis |

| The most convenient approach will be to apply a negative indent for the paragraph styles in use in headers and footers. Indeed, in the Paragraph style dialog, Indent & spacing tab, you can specify a negative value for Indent - Before text. |

Thanks...
Tried a negative margin for the footer, but that didn't work... negative indent worked... GREAT! |

In the same fashion, how do you place the footer further down on the page, like 1cm before the bottom?
Thanks,

| Change the bottom page margin to 1cm. To get greater spacing between your normal text and this footer use the Spacing setting in the Footer dialog. |
