Linux HTML to DOC conversion

Hello to the Community.

I need to convert an HTML formatted document to a DOC formatted document.
Is this possible via command line ?

In particulare, if you are converting from html, BE SURE to see the threads below named "Open HTML with Writer not Web in order to export ". If you fail to use an import filter for HTML to Writer, then you end up loading the html in Web which offers very few export possibilities.
