Hi,
I installed OOo_1.9.122_SolarisSparc with pkgadd command with option -R
pkgadd -d /home/eric/tmp/SRC680_m122_native_packed-1_en-US.8941/packages -R /home/eric/softs/local
I wanted to install it in different directories than the default ones (/opt/...).
The goal is to have a single network installation (/opt is local for me) and to allow many users to point to the same installation directory.
For me, it works fine. But for remote user (who see the install dir with NFS automounting), it does not work. They have the following error message :
The application cannot be started.
The component manager is not available.
Do you have any idea to help ?
