What is the best way to convert MS Word documents containing Objects to an OO document. The objects were created in MathType and when I switch to OO, they don't come through. Once in OO, I can export them back to Mathtype and they show up properly. If I save them in the appropriate format, then I can place them back in the OO doc. For a document with hundreds of these objects, it takes too long. Does anyone have an better solution?

I think you can blame the conversion for this, somehow. It is strange that it works when you "convert them back".  |
