Creating a hyperlink that creates a new sheet.

I am trying to create a customer database in spreadsheet form. What i am trying to do is make a hyperlink that creates a new sheet, but not an entirely new spreadsheet. I noticed that when i targeted it go to sheet 3, which was already existing, the code was #sheet3. Is there a code to make a new sheet? Can i use #sheet4 if there is not a sheet4 already created?

Any tutorial or any info would be nice, if there is an easier way to do a customer database in Openoffice with the ability to add pictures or a link to a folder where the pictures are stored. I'm all ears for any info.
