|
|
I am assembling a writer document which extensively uses
cross-references within the document to different chapters
to make it as "browseable" as possible.
Now I want to give this file to friends as a pdf document.
The conversion works and preserves all these links, however,
in the pdf version, the links are not highlighted anymore and
thus it is hard to "find" them.
Is there a way to autmatically format cross-references in a
different way or highlight them so that this formatting/highlighting
is visible when converted to pdf?
Thanks,
Olaf |

Thanks, I knew how to work with styles before but I wasn't sure if they can be applied to the cross-references, mainly because you don't get the corresponding context-menu when right-clicking on a cross-reference. Now after your post I realized than one can mark the cross reference with placing the cursor next to it and use shift-cursor keys. But using the mouse this is pretty difficult because the cross-reference changes the mouse cursor and the context menu when you come too close to it. |
