I can't figure out how to keep the footnote markers together with the preceding text. I am ending up with a footnote marker being the first character on a new line ... what should happen is that the last word (and punctuation) preceding the footnote marker should also migrate to the next line. How can I make this happen? _________________ ptandon |

I have the same problem!
It seems that OO considers the preceding word and its footnote as two different elements, which can be separated on two lines, but this is not correct.
Previous versions hadn't this problem.
Solutions?
Thanks! _________________ OpenOffice 3.2 on Windows XP |

Nothing good but a workaround is Insert > Formatting Mark >No Width. No Break _________________ jrkrideau
