I have a book, a large document about 200 pages I am working on. I changed it from A5 format to a non-standard 6"x9" which I needed for printing. Now when I look at the document in "print layout", the page shows as 6"x9" (or 15.24cm x 22.86) in white, then there is a light grey panel which sticks out on the right side. What is this light grey panel and how can I get rid if it?
I'm using neooffice on macos 10.5.8 |

I don't know why no-one commented. It was simple, although not entirely simple to discover.
I had a note in the text. The note background pushes the light-grey document panel out to the left side. |
