I have made several pages of address labels (3 x 7) for Xmas cards. I want to insert a new address in alphabetical order. However instead of inserting (ie pushing the labels out to a new empty space) it overwrites. I can remove on label and replace it with another but cannot insert.
Can anyone help ?

| How did you create the labels? Did you us e the File-->New labels Wizard? |

I do not remember. I have made some labels for my wife and sisters in law. But we did not have need to insert.
I have used Word Perfect which I thought much better than Word, and found creating labels reasonably easy.
However I am moving to Open Office and want to get a good grip on it.
I will try starting from scratch and use the wizard and will be back to you. Pleas allow me some time.
